SALES ASSISTENT - INTERNSHIP (4 - 6 months)

Your tasks:

• Assisting with expanding our client portfolio, both nationally and internationally.

• Assisting with all client contacts on the different platforms that we are on

• Assisting and thinking with us how to expand our b2b marketing endeavours

• Assisting with and the update of our digital inventory system and different sales websites to become fully acquainted with our extraordinary inventory

• Assisting with the coordination of our global transports, to learn about the needs and challenges of high end shipping.

• Help to pack, move and be hands-on, to keep the gallery working smoothly.

• Help preparing the events and fairs that we participate in.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Somebody, who:

• is energetic,

• has an academic working and thinking level.

• is fluent in English, and preferably Dutch

• feels ownership of the tasks given

• is able to multitask,

• likes to take initiative,

• likes to work in a team of people from all over the world,

• is available for 4 business days a week for a period of 4 - 6 months. Priority will be given to people who will do an internship of 5 to 6 months.

• In case you are a low or medium energy person and prefer to sit behind a desk most of the day, this internship most likely is not for you.

• Due to corona we give preference to people that live in or near Utrecht (cycling distance) or that can come by car.
