Job Description
Handle and solve queries from the accounts by phone and email on a daily basis
- Analyse and understand the client needs
- Cooperation with the various internal departments
- Enter orders in SAP
- Follow up on orders, back orders, deliveries, returns and credits
- Prepare and sent samples to distributors
- Prepare samples for the shows
- Provide information on developments in the sector to our partners
- Provide brand information
- Provide marketing support
- Attend trade fairs or customer events abroad up to three times a year
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English, Polish is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, this role would be an interesting next step
- Proficiency in Excel
- Team player and strong communicator
- Attention to detail
