岗位职责
1、协助跟踪、处理客户反馈,维护客户关系;
2、协助收集客户、市场信息和需求,并进行汇总、整理和反馈;
3、协助沟通客户,完成相关销售预测;
4、协助整理客户资料、销售协议、合同等存档管理;
5、协助主管完善部门规章制度和操作流程与规范,做好销售的后台支持;
6、其它主管交办事项。
任职要求
1、本科以上学历,营销类、管理类、商务类专业、文秘等相关专业优先;
2、工作积极主动,耐心细致,责任心强,富于团队协作精神,善于沟通;
3、具有较强的组织协调力、统筹力、执行力;
4、熟悉各种办公设备及常用的办公软件。
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in tracking, handling customer feedback, and maintaining customer relationships;
2. Assist in the collection of customer and market information and needs, and summarize and report to the supervisor;
3. Assist in communicating with customers and complete relevant sales forecasts;
4. Assist in the archive management of customer information, sales agreements, contracts, etc.;
5. Other jobs may be assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in marketing, management, business, secretarial and other related majors are preferred;
2. Proactive in work, patient and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, full of teamwork spirit, good at communication;
3. Have strong organizational coordination, overall planning and execution ability;
4. Familiar with various office equipment and commonly used office software.
