    Sales and Service Manager | Czech | Slovakia

    The Sales and Service Manager is native in Czech and Slovakian, and you are fluent in German and English. You have experience in an administration environment and customer service. Apply now for this long-term position in Utrecht.

    De functie

    This is a fulltime position but parttime can be discussed. In your role as Sales and Service Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

    • Serving existing customers and partners in approaching new customers
    • Gaining new direct customers
    • Gaining customers via partner (BP)
    • Customer binding and maintaining relationships with our customers
    • Communication to SK and CZ tax offices
    • Collecting documents for VAT and FE refund
    • Verifying invoices from partners (e.g. EuroWAG)
    • Translation of documents and e-mails
    • Answering incoming calls
    • Solving all issues with certificates
    • Various Administrative issues
    • Travelling to CZ of SK once per 2 months for visiting business relations (no company car)

    You will report to the Sales Manager CEE.

    Jouw profiel

    You are native in Czech and Slovakian, and you are fluent in German and English. Additional advanced in French is a plus. You are already living in The Netherlands (Utrecht region) and experienced to work in the Netherlands with an indefinite work permit. (no sponsoring needed).

    • Commercial school in Slovakia finalized with A level degree
    • Trainee in Transport Business
    • Working experience in an administration environment and customer service
    • Eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Team player with good communication skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office, and basic knowledge of SAP

    • The working hours are from 8:30 uur tot 16:30 uur, 7,5 hours per day.
    • Long-term contract
    • Salary depends on experience and education but is approx. 2600,- gross per month on fulltime basis.
    • This is a fulltime position but parttime can be discussed, depending on your experience.
