    Sales and Fulfilment Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Fulfillment Manager for our European HQ (Amsterdam region).

    At Fliteboard we innovate, design, sell and support watercrafts that are ridiculously fun, engaging and efficient. Whether we serve end-users or partners, we nurture the potential of every single relationship. And we work hard to make these connections last a lifetime. As our Sales & Fulfilment Manager you operate in the eye of the storm, keeping our stockrooms organized and sales running smoothly. You ensure we live up to our pick & pack promises in delivery through continuous monitoring and performance analysis. You identify gaps and opportunities to improve sales and delivery and drive those to completion in close collaboration with our global teams. You build best practices and love to research how delivery speed and service impacts customer behavior whilst keeping a close eye on our NPS and other key success factors.

    This is what your day-to-day will look like.

    • In short: 80% fulfilment and 20% sales.
    • Planning order fulfilment with logistics, sales and project leads.
    • Orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with no delay.
    • Helping to build great customer and partner relations.
    • Work with the international D2C sales team to respond to enquiries via multiple channels, delivering a premium customer experience.
    • Direct B2B enquiries to the relevant sales team members.
    • Contribute to marketing initiatives to drive D2C sales.

    What we’d like you to have:

    • Relevant work experience in sales & fulfillment, plus amazing skills in project management.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
    • Ride experience (or willing to try at least twice : )
