About Our Client
The client is a growing multinational with over 20 different nationalities working in the company. Their aim is to provide customers with high-quality, sustainable equipment.
Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Process a high-volume of product orders and delivery processing
- Process invoices for all sales transactions
- Ensure prices and customer data are up to date
- Provide support in reporting sales data
- Support the Italian branch sales force with general operations to help reach the branch's objectives
- Take phone calls and respond to e-mails from the customers in a timely manner
- Communicate internally the feedback from the customers
The Successful Applicant
Knowledge, skills, and attitude:
- Minimum level of education: secondary, vocational, pre-University
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably as sales administrator or in customer service
- Preferably experienced in import/export documentations/regulations in an international environment
- Microsoft AX or other ERP experience.
- Thorough and attention to detail
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Fluency in English and any other European language will be a must.
