    About Our Client

    The client is a growing multinational with over 20 different nationalities working in the company. Their aim is to provide customers with high-quality, sustainable equipment.

    Job Description

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Process a high-volume of product orders and delivery processing
    • Process invoices for all sales transactions
    • Ensure prices and customer data are up to date
    • Provide support in reporting sales data
    • Support the Italian branch sales force with general operations to help reach the branch's objectives
    • Take phone calls and respond to e-mails from the customers in a timely manner
    • Communicate internally the feedback from the customers

    The Successful Applicant

    Knowledge, skills, and attitude:

    • Minimum level of education: secondary, vocational, pre-University
    • At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably as sales administrator or in customer service
    • Preferably experienced in import/export documentations/regulations in an international environment
    • Microsoft AX or other ERP experience.
    • Thorough and attention to detail
    • Excellent planning and time management skills
    • Fluency in English and any other European language will be a must.
