    Reward Manager

    Do you have experience with compensation & benefits programs? And managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Would you like to work independently and to make a difference in the C&B policies and practices for our company? Then Nutreco has a very interesting role as reward manager for you.

    As a reward manager, you are part of the Global HR team of Nutreco, within the COE Reward & Global Mobility. Your key focus is act as a business partner and expert on reward matters to HRBPs and Nutreco entities globally. Besides that, you lead and organize the global processes related to performance management and merit & bonus.

    This position provides a great opportunity to work in a global organization and to act as a bridge between global policies, processes and the business. The HR Technology team is a close partner in the annual performance management cycle and the merit & bonus process. You will report to the head of reward & global mobility.

    What are your key accountabilities?
    • Leading and organizing the global annual performance management cycle and the global annual merit & bonus process.
    • Managing the process around salary increase budgets, benchmarking and salary ranges.
    • Providing expert advice to our HRBPs around the globe on compensation matters and job grading.
    • Maintaining and improving the job family framework (based on Hay methodology) and organizing the grading panel.
    • Capability building to the wider HR group and managers on using the job family framework and applying grading.
    • LTI reporting and communication.
    • Supporting a broad range of projects and initiatives to further professionalize our Reward & Global Mobility COE and to mature our reward practices.

    What you bring
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field;
    • 5+ years of professional working experience in compensation and benefits in an international environment;
    • Analytical, project management and organizing skills;
    • Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to stakeholders;
    • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
