    Retail Experience Program Manager

    The Role

    The Retail Experience Program Manager at Tesla is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the Retail vision and experience across our Tesla locations in EMEA.

    You will design a Retail experience that embodies the spirit of Tesla, one that is premium, low touch, intuitive, engaging, and delighting to the customer. This includes activities such as defining physical and digital assets required at each location, exploring innovative store flows to meet local needs across various locations in EMEA, and defining the standards for each employee’s presence and way of operating (e.g. uniforms, front-line behavior, etc.) This role is expected to maintain a pulse of the requirements for each customer base, standards and compliance at each location, and a passion for constantly innovating and improving our Retail experience.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop the Retail Experience strategy and vision across Tesla locations in EMEA
    • Define a roadmap and strategic agenda aligned with the core principles of a Tesla Retail experience
    • Create frameworks that optimize the Retail experience based on location types, inclusive of the role that Tesla employees play (e.g. in-store behavior, uniforms, and front of house customer engagement) and define varying store flows based on location type and customer journey
    • Outline and communicate standards for physical and digital assets for all physical locations
    • Enable a framework for our Markets to experiment with different Retail concepts so that best practice can be collected and re-distributed into EMEA-wide actions
    • Align requirements across locations to unlock the Tesla “look and feel”
    • Partner with procurement, retail development, digital teams/IT, and facilities to execute required changes across markets, unlocking the best outcomes for Tesla
    • Liaise with local leadership to ensure the needs of customers and teams are being met
    • Define a framework for measuring success of these changes through time, and a mechanism for capturing and quickly addressing areas of improvement
    • Ensure each location is equipped with the necessary information, including but not limited to signage and other key collateral
    • Manage forecasts as needed for all required assets on a quarterly basis
