As a Research Associate Immunology you contribute to the development of fully personalized cell therapies to treat cancer patients. Are you interested? Apply now!
As a Research Associate Immunology you will contribute to the development of fullly personalized T-cell therapies used to treat cancer patients. You will assume responsibility for performing experiments to isolate and charaterize patient-derived tumor specific T- cell receptors for clinical use.
Isolate humane immune cells (T-cells, B-cells), e.g. by using density gradient- and magnetic bead-based isolation

Perform phenotypic and functional evaluation of immune cells using FACS
- Genetically modify primary immune cells and cell lines utilizing retroviruses and gene editing tools such as CRISPR-Cas9

Accurately document experimental results
- Support the drafting and revising of protocols and SOPs in support of process validation and for regulatory filings
We ask the following of a Research Associate Immunology:
A finished BSc or MSc degree in Biomedical Science or related with at least 1 years of relevant working experience (not counting internships)

First hand experience with isolation and aseptic culture of immune cells (B-cells/T-cells)
- Experience with gene editing tools (e.g. CRISPR-Cas, lentiviral, retroviral) and FACS

Experience with working under GMP in industry is a big pré

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- You are a self-motivated teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on mentality

- Salary indication from €3400,- gross per month based on a full-time position
