    Reporting Data Analyst

    You create forward looking insights from Risk, Compliancy and Cyber Security data with which you enhance the reporting power of our department CITO First Line Risk (FLR)

    You work with vital and massive datasets. This job will challenge your knack for solving puzzles and your ability to come up with new solutions. As our Reporting Data Analyst you deliver the insights our stakeholders are looking for to take better decisions.


    Practical Examples

    • Contribute to the monthly “In Control” Risk Management cycle with reports and insights for the various management teams of the CITO division as well as the MT CITO itself
    • Provide dashboards and insights on IT Security Assets
    • Provide the KPI reporting of the FLR department and produce the data for the Quarterly Business Review of FLR

    The 16 people in FLR Reporting & Analytics help First Line Risk & Security to execute on the department’s mission: “driving secure banking together”. We also enable the Rabobank CITO division to stay in control of key IT and Operational risks by providing them with tailored reports and next level data analysis insights.     You and your talent

    • You have a relevant Master’s degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related and a strong interpersonal skill set
    • You have experience with predictive modelling, machine learning and are eager to even learn more of it.
    • You have strong analytical skills, are able to understand and challenge complex processes.
    • You are open and eager to continuously expand your knowledge by connecting to internal stakeholders and external experts.
    • You contribute to the connection within the data scientist community of Rabobank
    • You will be writing SQL and Python code in order to deliver the data we need
    • You have 3 – 7 years of experience in Python and SQL or familiar programming.
    • If you have enough experience, you will also play the role of senior advisor. As a Senior you’ll need to have the skills and personality to get the most out of your team and guide them towards the goals you have agreed to achieve
    • You are prepared to be challenged by our team and other stakeholders. In return, we expect you to do the same. You show style flexibility to adjust to different situations to reach your goals

    This is what we offer you

    • a gross monthly salary between € 2820 and € 4027 (scale 7)
    • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
    • an extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
    • a personal development budget of € 1,400-
