    About Our Client

    The Digital performance Drive Reporting Analyst plays a key role in ensuring issuers, token servicer providers and requestors that are using Secure Credential framework and Digital Authentication Framework are optimising their use of the technology and delivering high standards of digital credential performance and experience to consumers. With the acceleration of digital credential enablement, adoption and usage, optimized performance of these credentials becomes critical to maintaining high levels of card-not-present volumes across a variety of use cases. This role will be instrumental in helping ensure high levels of performance for credentials payments as the usage accelerates across the region.

    The ideal candidate is a skilled payments professional with experience in payment systems and credential management that is able to help clients implement strategies to maximise provisioning and lifecycle management by optimizing use of digital credential technologies. A commercial approach to identifying performance opportunities for our client's digital credentials is a vital part of the role working closely with performance managers, regional product and business development teams. The role will be responsible for using a wide variety of analytical techniques to track performance and work closely with our client's top tier clients and internal stakeholder teams to optimise the digital credential performance of credential service providers and requestors.

    Job Description

    • Develop and manage the Digital Performance Drive key metrics for tracking and reporting designed to ensure provisioning and lifecycle management performance are optimised.
    • Produce regular, detailed reporting on client performance
    • Work directly with performance managers and cluster product teams to deliver performance optimization presentations to clearly explain the performance of credentials, and if appropriate, suggested improvements to business processes.
    • Interpret and analyze complex transaction data (e.g., authentication, authorization, tokenization data, lifecycle management) and develop recommendations that enhance performance.
    • Design interactive dashboards that summarize data into easy-to-understand metrics and insights.
    • Proactively gather and provide actionable client feedback to regional product owners with the goal of refining existing solutions, early identification of potential issues.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot product performance.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
    • 3 to 5 years in financial services or digital payments business
    • Project management and/or solution delivery experience
    • Understanding of digital credential products/payments technology and ability to apply that knowledge to address client/market needs
    • Highly proficient in managing data from a variety of distributed data sources with strong analytical skills
    • Self-starter, highly organized with a strong attention to detail and achieving results
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - able to present complex concepts in a simplified and concise manner that is tailored to the needs and understanding of key stakeholders
    • Effective in working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
    • Knowledge of Digital Credentials and Risk Products preferred (including Tokenization, lifecycle managements, Authentication (3DS) and authorization processing, Account Updater and others)
