    Regional S&OP Manager

    Your Opportunity

    As S&OP manager for WEUR, Australia and New Zealand you will be integrating S&OP between global functions and local clusters/countries in the region. You will be responsible for developing a Demand and Supply Strategy along with an optimized inventory strategy for the region to meet sales and service objectives. Through the S&OP process, develop, implement, and influence best practices in the disciplines of forecasting and inventory management.

    Responsibilities

    With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
    • Responsible for developing the region's Demand and Supply Strategy along with an optimized inventory strategy to meet sales and service objectives
    • Integrate S&OP between global functions and local clusters/countries in Euroceana (Western Europe, Australia & New Zealand)
    • Through the S&OP process, develop, implement and influence best practices in the disciplines of forecasting and inventory management.
    • Scope includes standard S&OP Process, New Product introduction, Portfolio optimization and special projects
    • You need to ensure plants get full visibility, sales forecast accuracy is improved and that a robust alert process is in place and maintained
    • Support and mentor the WEUR S&OP teams in order to ensure continuous improvement regarding tool utilization and data accuracy.
    • The level of this role will make you a part of the WEUR, ANZ Supply Chain leadership team, making key decisions that will significantly affect your markets and place you in a position of key accountability on many matters.
    • Scope includes standard S&OP Process, New Product introduction, Portfolio optimization and special projects
    • Manage continuous improvement of the product supply (Finished goods, Value Added Pack and POS): improved customer service level; faster cycles; reduction of waste.
    • You need to ensure plants get full visibility, sales forecast accuracy is improved and that a robust alert process is in place and maintained.
    • Support and mentor the WEUR S&OP teams in order to ensure continuous improvement regarding tool utilization and data accuracy.
    • The level of this role will make you a part of the WEUR Supply Chain leadership team, making key decisions that will significantly affect your markets and place you in a position of key accountability on many matters.
