    Regional HR Business Partner, Benelux

    As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will support the regional stakeholders and employees with HR related tasks and ensure that human resource operations are aligned with Vestas business goals.

    As a trusted advisor it will be your responsibility to partner with leaders on People & Culture issues as part of organisational development, as well as coaching and supporting managers and employees in people matters on a daily basis. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

    • Formulate convincing strategies by having an informed opinion about what the business needs to do, and at the same time being attuned to the human dimensions
    • Being a change agent that diagnoses systemic organisational issues, assist in setting the future agenda, and create plans for how to make change happen and stick
    • Continue the good relationship with local works councils and unions, including negotiations of agreements
    • Ensure compliance to local legislation and policies and identify local areas of improvement
    • Update policies and other relevant documentation based on applicable laws and collective agreements
    • Promote various People & Culture projects across the region
    • Implement global People & Culture products, processes and solutions
    • Deliver valuable input to various programmes, processes and tools to meet quality requirements, and ensure that country, region and function perspectives are included


    • Solid Business Partnering or HR Manager experience combined with a relevant BA degree or equivalent
    • Experience with both Dutch and Belgian labor law
    • Significant business insight, with experience in presenting to and influencing business leaders
    • A pragmatic approach to problem solving
    • Experience in designing and project supervising effective people programs
    • Great verbal and written Dutch and English communication skills
    • Proven skills in the operation and utilisation software such as MS Office products


    • Understand and develop effective HR strategies while understanding the implications from culture, business achievement, company practice and legal standpoint
    • Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with all levels of the organisation
    • Ability to diagnose problems and identify and implement appropriate solutions
    • Significant organisational skills, ability to prioritise many tasks and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
    • Must be a highly motivated self-starter and be able to work with a minimum of supervision

    Additional information
    The work location will be Arnhem, the Netherlands. You should expect approximately 25 travelling days per year.
