    As a Regional Head of Creative Works, you will be managing a team of strategists, creative specialists and producers and you will be the point of contact for all things creative in your market, internally and externally.

    You’ll work with Google platforms like YouTube and Display to deliver creative impact for our clients.

    Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


    • Drive business growth by finding the largest YouTube and Video growth opportunities for creative impact, defining creative customer plans together with our sales teams.
    • Manage a cross-functional team including Strategy, Creative Business Partner, and Go-to-Market teams. Work closely with Sales, Agency, Marketing, Public relation, and Product teams.
    • Manage multiple projects with critical deadlines from inception through to delivery including c-level stakeholders and the ecosystem of partners and sponsors both within Google and externally.
    • Facilitate and develop new design thinking methods and programs for Google’s key clients in all major branding industry sectors. Bring groups of multiple stakeholders together to deliver rapidly on business problems from customers.
    • Establishing yourself as the main contact for all things Creative at Google in your market.
