Are you our new Team lead Recruitment Operations who will help us achieve our growth goals? We work for #epic clients such as Flatex de Giro, NEP, Instruqt and Solvinity and they are hungry for international IT talent. You will be working with a dedicated team of recruiters and relocation consultants, and you are going to help us make a lot of people very happy as they start their new adventure in the Netherlands.

You will be leading a team of Recruitment Business Partners, besides you’ll have your own client portfolio to stay in touch with the day-to-day business.
You will support the team in their day-to-day work and work as a lead-by-example front(wo)man
You’ll improve existing procedure and create new ones to further improve the team’s efficiency.
You are initiating the weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with our clients and steer on the KPI’s and create an upsell
You have a commercial mindset and understand pre-sales, customer success and after sales like no other
You keeping a close eye on the teams (financial) targets and are in close connection to the Sales team and Finance assuring targets are met
You follow up closely what happens in the market, changes in immigration law and implement and embed this in the existing procedures
You’ll report into Management Team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly base
You’ll be responsible for the correct data entry in our CRM done by the team
You are a strong communicator and have a hungry ambition

You have a proven track record as a senior/lead recruiter

You’re great with CRM tools and understand how to apply them and run it, process is your middle name
You’ve a great eye for detail but you are still able to see the bigger picture
You have strong writing and communications skills in English
You are ambitious
You are an extravert and a little bit rebellious

Salary expectation: Annual Euro 45.000-Euro 60.000 Gross
