    To further grow our professionals and our business we are looking for an energetic and result-oriented recruitment professional to drive our operational end-to-end recruitment services and processes to our world-class clients. In this role you develop strong working relationships between internal and external stakeholders. Together with your team of highly skilled recruitment and sourcing partners you manage requisition fulfilment, expectations and timelines. You create oversight of effective and efficient sourcing, and co-ordination of the recruitment process including interviews / offers and onboarding.

    About you

    • 4+ years of recruiting & sourcing experience within product/technology space;
    • A proven track record of building successful relationships with hiring partners in a constantly evolving environment;
    • Collaboration skills with the ability to positively interact at all levels of the organisation and the client's organisation including hiring managers, HR managers, vendors and executives;
    • You are a passionate hands-on driver of recruitment processes and act as an extension of the HR and Procurement department of our client, while you link and co-ordinate suppliers that provide you with the greatest talent;
    • Command of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecasts, and recruiting capacity;
    • Accuracy and attention to detail come naturally to you, and so does keeping your VMS updated on a daily basis. You are used to working with clear candidate- and sourcing KPIs and managing your time accordingly;
    • A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy.
