    As our Recruiting Sourcer, you’ll play a leading role in building in critical talent pools such as Sales, Solutions Engineering and Channel. You’ll be working closely with Recruiters and our HR Business Partners, to deliver value-add Recruiting services to the business. There is opportunity to get involved across the hiring cycle including offers, onboarding and global project work. This role reports to the Team Lead, EMEA Recruiting.

    You’ll spend your time…
    • Building diverse pipelines of ready now/ready later talent pools across our key markets using a variety of methods
    • Conducting candidate screening and assessment
    • Partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to design sourcing plans champion D&I, advise on market trends and help to develop and maintain best practice
    • Providing support to Recruiters through the offer process to help deliver a world class candidate to employee onboarding experience
    • Working with Recruiting Leadership on project and process improvement on both a local and global level
    Consider applying if you…
    • Have some previous experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcing or Recruiting role
    • Can think outside the box and design innovative sourcing strategies
    • Have a Customer First mentality
    • Love storytelling
    • Are fluent in English with at least one other language (Preference German/French/Dutch)
    • You’ve got strong IT skills (you’ll need to become a master all things Linkedin, iCIMS and Workday)
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Love challenging the ‘why?’ and ‘how?’
