    We are searching for a recruiter to join us in finding the best talent to support our growth! In this role you will act as a true partner to the business and work deeply within the teams that you support. All with the shared vision of pedaling the planet forward!

    How you will make a difference:

    • Embed yourself in the Specialized culture, deeply understand who we are, our way of working, and what we believe.
    • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
    • Partner with hiring managers to make strategic hiring decisions to elevate their teams.
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media etc
    • Lead full life-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. Specifically, digital, technology, shared services and retail. This includes sourcing and recruiting candidates, screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and soft skils experience and leading debriefs.
    • Drive the offer process – including extending offers and closing candidates.
    • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
    • Become a knowledgeable brand advocate for both our product and culture.

    Further you:

    • Improve upon existing practices and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
    • Build pipelines of talent that can be utilized on demand as new positions emerge and needs shift.
    • Help Specialized to tell their brand story to engage with potential new teammates and promote Specialized’s reputation as ‘‘best place to work’’.

    What you need to win:

    • Be a builder – you know how to do a rapid prototype and have the ability to identify creative solutions.
    • Passion for the Specialized brand and how we are changing the world through cycling.
    • Proven track record as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency).
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • Proven track record of closely partnering with the business to identify gaps, propose solutions, and engaging with teammates.
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software; Greenhouse is an advance.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • English and Dutch language skills (fluent).
    • Strong decision-making skills.
    • BS, preferred in Human Resources Management.
