    What You'll Do

    You will help develop talent management strategies to identify, attract and assess candidates for hiring needs.
    In this role, you will develop a keen understanding of the market to help reach challenging hiring targets, develop profiles and specifications and identify and recommend improvement opportunities. You will plan, coordinate and drive hiring activities. You will be responsible for the full life cycle by turning profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, posting and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. You will then work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding them through our process.
    You will also be involved and be responsible for broader value-add projects. You will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events.
    There is flexibility to hire at the recruiter or senior recruiter level depending on experience. You will work a hybrid home/office model and will be happy to travel for events, interview days and team connectivity events.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree
    • 3+ years of experienced level recruiting gained while working within an executive search or corporate recruiting function focused on identifying, attracting and hiring highly talented individuals who are in great demand into tech senior roles
    • Passion for and successful experience in recruiting diverse profiles across ethnic and gender diversity; experience in thinking out of the box to find and attract these profiles with a proven track record in successful hiring
    • Good knowledge of recruiting strategies, processes and marketplace trends; highly developed executive search skills and comfort in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting candidates
    • Flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-sensitive environment
    • Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
    • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
    • Fluency in English; local language fluency is a plus
