    Oikocredit International is looking for a Recruiter ( full-time, 32-40 hours) to be based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. As a recruiter you are part of the HR team (3 HRBP, 2 HR Operations Specialists) and reports to the HR Manager.


    Main responsibilities

    You will be responsible for all (international) recruitment procedures and for the development of the talent acquisition strategy.

    Recruitment & Integration

    • Manage the full domestic and international recruitment processes, from job description review to draft offer.
    • Act as a sparring partner for hiring managers:
      • Explore internal clients’ needs and business objectives to ensure the match between department strategy and recruitment process
      • Inform and train hiring managers (internal policies and procedures, labor market updates and regulations, employer branding, discrimination policy…)
    • Ensure the right on-boarding and integration of our new colleagues
    • Manage relationship with recruitment agencies, jobboard providers and other third parties
    • Manage the corporate recruitment platform (Softgarden).

    Talent Acquisition strategy

    • In collaboration with HRBP and HR Manager, define and develop the Talent Acquisition strategy and subsequent policies for the whole organization
    • Propose, design and implement relevant Program to support Oikocredit in its growth (internship program, referral program, graduate program…)
    • Lead our Employer branding across 4 continents (University contact, networking, publications, social media…)
    • Participate to HR and Corporate projects as required

    Education and experience

    The successful candidate is a purpose-driven professional who relates to the mission and vision of OikoCredit, a great teamplayer, has excellent communication skills and an eye for talent and cultural fit. Furthermore you have:

    • a Bachelor degree in HR, social sciences or business administration
    • 2- 5 years experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency in an international context (and a Dutch-based organisation)
    • knowledge of regulations related to hiring employees in the Netherlands desirable
    • as we are a real international organization, fluency in English, a good command of Dutch or other European language can be an asset (not necessary)
    • excellent presentation skills and project management skills
