    Are you our next recruiter that will help us double in size again in 2022? We work for big clients such as Capgemini, Recharge, and Thuisbezorgd and they are hungry for IT talent. You will be working with a dedicated team of recruiters and you will source, screen, and place developers on various positions.

    The Organization

    Your Talent Agency is an awesome startup that is about to scale-up. We currently have a team of about 15 people. We already work for big international companies such as Thuisbezorgd and Capgemini. This year we are trying to grow and improve everything, revenue, team size, customer satisfaction, and much more.

    We believe that people are the most important part of any organization. For what is an organization but a group of people working towards a common goal. Our goal is to make people happy by creating opportunities and connections.

    We have been able to more than double our company size in 2020. Even through the corona crisis. This is thanks to the intense relationship that we have with our clients and candidates. There are three reasons they trust is:

    Our specialty is sourcing IT candidates from all over the world and bringing them to the Netherlands. In our opinion, this is the only solution for solving the shortage of IT talent in the Netherlands. This has created a unique problem for us, we have too much work. Our clients like us so much they want us to help them find a lot more great candidates. Therefore, we need you!

    In your first 30 days working here, you will learn about IT recruiting and our processes. Also about the IT business and our clients. You will be given the chance to practice everything you learned.

    In your first 60 days working here, you will actively start recruiting and selecting candidates. Furthermore, you will be conducting your responsibilities. Attend weekly training.

    In your first 90 days working here, you will have had enough training to carry out your core responsibilities and will be able to place your first candidate.

    The Offer
    • Salary of €2.300 up to €2.700 per month. This depends on your years of experience, experience with IT recruitment, and unique talents. Convince us of what you are worth.
    • Bonus structure that can boost your income.
    • Room to grow to for example Recruitment lead. (we only need people with the potential and desire to grow).
    • Travel expenses are covered with a business OV card or €0,19 per kilometer if you use your personal car.
    • 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week.
    • Working from home and flexible hours is possible after consultation.

    Required Skills
    • You have 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience. Corporate or agency experience is both welcome.
    • Write professionally.
    • Be able to source 45+ candidates per day.
    • Introduce 5+ candidates per week.
    • Place at least 1 candidate per week.
    • Ability to persuade and influence.
    • Ambitious.
