    Receptionist/Department Secretary (16-20 hours per week)

    For our Head Office in Nijmegen, we are looking for a part-time Receptionist for 2 to 2,5 days per week.
    As this is a duo position, we are looking for a candidate who is available at least every Friday, the other fixed day is by agreement. Working hours are from 08:30 - 17:00.
    About the role
    You will be responsible for all occurring administrative, telephonic and organizational activities.
    What you will do
    • Managing the telephone switchboard at the head office in Nijmegen
    • Reception of visitors
    • Managing access badges of employees and visitors
    • Reporting and monitoring defects
    • Incidental booking of hotel reservations and rental cars
    • Incidental processing expense claims
    • Managing and buying office supplies
    • Reserving meeting rooms
    • Taking care of incoming and outgoing mail
    • Ad hoc activities such as ordering flowers, taxis, lunches etc.
    • Back up of co-receptionist during vacation time
    What you will need
    • MBO education and work and thinking level with a completed secretarial training or comparable
    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an international environment
    • Flexible, enthusiastic team player, without a 9-5 mentality
    • Stress resistant, communicatively strong and can easily and frequently switch between dialogue partner and material
    • Handle deadlines under high pressure
    • Handle a telephone switchboard
    • Practical experience with the computer and MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
    • You are representative and have an eye for detail
