    Receptionist / Office Assistant

    ABOUT OPERATIONS

    The operations function forms the backbone of any company. At STX, the Operations team, which comprises IT, Finance, Human Resources and Middle Office, works closely with all other teams and desks to ensure that STX continues to perform and deliver at an exceptionally high level. As a critical partner in the business, Operations also guarantees compliance with all the relevant rules and regulations. Moreover, the Operations team works collaboratively to make sure that STX has the necessary structures and processes in place to grow and develop further in new products, industries and markets.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    For our head office, located in the heart of Amsterdam, we're looking for an Office Assistant with excellent project management skills and a proactive and positive attitude. You will be supporting the Office Manager (and 100+ employees) and ensuring several office processes will go in a flow.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receptionist: answering the phone, welcome visitors and colleagues, hostess tasks
    • Office & Facility management like:
    • Mail & Parcels: to receive, spread, scan, send
    • Courier shipments ordering, sending
    • Ordering of soft drinks, tea, office supplies etc
    • Entrance tags management
    • Replace OM during absence
    • General administration and support

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Receptionist, office assistant, hostess education or similar
    • Experience with Outlook, Office programs
    • Available preferably fulltime, part-time is an option, minimally be able to start at 8 am
