    Our client company is looking for a Receptionist.

    Our client company in Hoofddorp is now looking for a representative enthusiastic receptionist who is the first person to meet at the entrance and supports in other tasks as well.

    Job responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, notifies company personnel of visitor arrival, Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office;
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries (comply for privacy requirement);
    • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    Pool Car management
    • Use OA process to register the pool users timely and accurately;
    • Send the pool car users information to HR on monthly basis per HR payroll requirement;
    • Promote the OA process to employee who apply for pool car.
    Office supply:
    • Routinely check office supplies and make order to keep reasonable stock;
    • Keep updating records of office expenses and costs;
    • Assisting the procurement of office furniture for the new building.
    Internal Service:
    • Arrange lunch for customer;
    • Assist employee to book/cancel flight tickets and hotels who has business trip to NL and from NL to other places;
    • Check with travel agent and hotels to sort out the historical valid ticket quota/coupon information, conclude a solution for them (use in the future in top priority or refund).

    Duty starts from 8:30 to 17:00, 40 hours per week.

    Job requirements:

    • A representative, experienced receptionist who has an eye for detail and cleanness.
    • A service minded and enthusiastic person.
    • Your personal and communication skills in English (writing and verbally) are excellent.
    • Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
