We are now looking for a fulltime Quality Control Technician to join our team in Amsterdam.
In this role, you will monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing orders at our cross-docking platform. You will contribute to the satisfaction of our most important customers and lead several key continuous improvement projects.

What you will do:
Manage the cross-docking platform quality control activity
Perform daily visual / dimensional inspections on our orders
Update defect books to document / classify defects in order to feed our Manufacturing Guidelines
Improve the existing inspection templates
Work on the inspection process automation
Follow up Manufacturing Partner corrective action plans when quality issues
What it takes:
0-1 years of experience or you want to learn about Quality Control
You want to develop expertise in Quality Management
You are fluent in English
You are excited about gaining hands-on experience
You are detail oriented, autonomous and not afraid of making decisions

The Recruitment Process:
Our recruiter will have a quick chat to make sure the role is what you think it is, learn more about you and your career ambitions, and cover our interview process and next steps
Then we'll schedule a chat with the hiring manager to learn more about how we do things and a deeper dive into the role itself and exciting challenges. During that call you will be asked to complete a short assignment (in real-time) to tackle some real QC challenges, along with an online Behavioural and Cognitive assessment
Finally, you'll have a short talk with our Head of Supply and one of our cultural ambassadors
