We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic intern with a can-do attitude to join the GRESB Quality Assurance team. This four to six months internship presents a unique opportunity to understand customer need in the ESG Real Assets industry.
Your role
The GRESB platform serves participants, investors, and partners which use a multitude of products. These products vary from reporting frameworks to analytical tools and reports. As a quality assurance intern you will be in close contact with our Product and Technology teams to understand and solve customer facing issues, feature requests, and support in testing the functionalities of our products. During your internship you will develop a deep understanding of the underlying mechanisms running our products. You will learn from an entrepreneurial team with content expertise and technical skills and have the freedom to work independently.
Key responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of the GRESB products;
- Identifying (re-)occurring customer facing issues and help in suggesting solutions;
- Be up-to-date on upcoming changes to our portal and anticipate on potential customer constraints;
- Document quality assurance activities to work towards a regression testing suite;
- Test new features or bug fixes to existing products;
- Help formulating test cases;
- Analyze and synthesize data to cross-check changes made to our products.
Your profile
- You study Msc in Applied or Natural Sciences with an affinity towards technology or Computer Science, and are passionate about sustainability issues;
- You are a quick learner with strong analytical skills;
- You have excellent communication skills, both orally and written with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
- You are comfortable working with software tools and programming languages;
- You enjoy working independently and exploring different ways of solving complex problems;
- You are well organized, are able to work in a busy, international environment and multi-task with a constant sense of urgency and flexibility in managing changing priorities;
- Knowledge or previous experiences with project management is desirable;
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is desirable, but not required.
