Publisher and Inventory Manager, Display and Video 360
Experience in programmatic advertising ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, and AdServing technologies
Analytical and problem-solving experience
Experience managing relationships with both Publisher and DSP/Agency Trading Desks
Experience influencing others and work cross-functionally in large organizations
Knowledge of programmatic digital media transactions for the creation and management of private marketplace transactions for Video and Display inventory
Ability to understand technical detail, bring structure and clarity to it using frameworks, and then simplify to make it comprehensible for others
Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills including a strong sense of urgency and problem solving mindset during time of technical troubleshooting

The Northern Europe Specialists team operates a business originating from a deep level of expertise. Our branding specialists mission is to capture a fair share of branding budgets across markets by repositioning YouTube and Display and Video 360 (DV360) as excellent branding platforms enabled by robust creative service offerings to support customer business and marketing objectives.
As a DV360 Publisher and Inventory Manager, you'll be the regional representative of DV360 for our key supply partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships and sustainable access to critical and new inventory for media consolidation. In this role, you'll build and manage relationships with the top publisher partners in Northern Europe. You'll help publishers to generate business of their inventory seamlessly via DV360 across open auction, agreements, and formats regardless of the underlying technology. You'll spot opportunities for new inventory types, formats, and will commercialize this together with the DV360 media teams. You'll ensure a smooth campaign and agreement execution and involve technical teams.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Build and manage relationships with top publishers across Northern European on behalf of the Google DV360.
Help enhance DV360 as a programmatic buyer across all key publishers by removing commercial, technical, and other blockers in close collaboration with relevant SSP partners, our technical team and go-to-market team.
Ensure a mutually beneficial relationship through regular engagements with publishers e.g. by organizing QBRs to evaluate opportunities and secure full publisher enablement and capability to execute on those and by offering a DV360 perspective in leadership engagements with publishers.
Provide support to publishers including insights into the DV360 buyer workflow, ensure agreement execution, delivery, and provide excellent support in campaign troubleshooting.
Drive relevant inventory demand for publishers by helping publishers to create DV360 centric sales collateral and facilitate buyer/seller relationships where appropriate.
