The Financial Governance and Services (FGS) unit is responsible for maintaining a general ledger administration including the related subadministrations accounts receivable, accounts payable and property, plant and equipment. With this, FGS provides the basic accounting for both IFRS, tax and regulatory reporting. It also conducts effective accounts payable and accounts receivable management and is responsible for payment transactions within TenneT.

Your contribution to TenneT
Prepare reports, slides and analyses for specific meetings, e.g. quarterly unit performance dialogues; this includes preparation and maintenance of the KPI dashboard;
Progress Tracking: Consolidate and monitor progress of FGS objectives, initiatives and projects; contribute to portfolio management activities;
Risk Focal Point: Act as Risk Management focal point; on behalf of FGS be liaison to TenneT’s Risk Management team for the recurring risk management processes;
Data Privacy Focal Point: Act as Data Privacy focal point for FGS; on behalf of FGS be liaison to TenneT’s Data Privacy officers;
Process documentation: Support implementation and regular update of processes in ADONIS; support regular updates of policies and handbooks;
Information Management: Maintain and operate SharePoint and inTenneT sites, build and maintain cross-team, useful information and documentation; where necessary provide instructions or trainings on the use of these tools;
Lean Projects: Perform lean management projects to improve efficiency of FGS and MT steering, management and collaboration.
Your Profile and background
Several years of relevant work experience as Project Support / Project Management Officer;
Bachelor-degree, preferred in Finance or Business Administration;
Hands-on experience with finance processes is required, knowledge of Risk Management, Internal Control and Data Privacy regulations is an advantage;
Analytical skills to review process designs and consult on improvements: capability to switch between detail orientation and helicopter view;
Literate in using ERP-systems, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint;
Mastery of English language;
You have the attitude to improve and service, focus on quality and processes and can easily cooperate with all kinds of people.
