About Our Client

Job Description
- Candidate will create, organize and maintain the database, as well retrieving documents through a friendly user system.
- He/she will archive the entire project's documentation (various projects, agreements, invoices, presentation and etc.)
The Successful Applicant
- Past experience of digitalize document management systems and working with large data-sets is a plus
- He / She will need to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of contemporary archiving management standards, principles, and practice, with high level technical skills, particularly in relation to computing, databases, preservation of documents, and archival digitisation processes
- Have excellent organisational skills, excellent listening/retention skills, and be able to use your initiative, take responsibility, and be self-motivated.
- Be adept at using Office 365
- Be professional, efficient and be able to work in a confidential manner
- Has strong communication skills
- Possesses project management skills,
- Is a good team player, who is flexible and has strong interpersonal skills
- Is methodical and organised
