Grid Field Operations Excellence works for the GFO Director and also on behalf of the three GFO businesses to drive “One for all - All for one” behaviours and results, as well as to create synergies that yield overall results that are more than what could be achieved by the sum of each business in isolation. This includes providing a wide range of Functional Excellence solutions in three Teams one of them being Business & Performance Management that includes Digitalization, Technology and Innovation. Close collaboration of GFO-E with the Project & Maintenance Engineering Departments in the three GFO Business Sub-units and a/o the ITF, AMT and LPx Directorates is a pre-requisite for successful delivery

Your contribution to TenneT

• Establish and drive the Innovation, new technology and digitalization program for GFO while inspiring new technology thinking and opportunities and develop use cases with our business partners
• Develop and maintain the GFO Vision, Strategy and Roadmap on digital transformation of the GFO processes in close collaboration with our internal and external business partners
• Create (semantic) interoperability and linked-data opportunities to unlock the latent knowledge and execution potential in the sector, e.g. new (mobile) applications
• Provide the GFO organization with an enhanced outside-in perspective via Strategic Scenario Planning leveraging an established sector collaboration and knowledge network
• Align Data governance and Corporate Foundation Programs (OneX) in close collaboration with our business partners and GFO Excellence expertise teams

This role reports to the Lead Grid Field Operations - Excellence Business & Performance Management (GFO-BP) and actively contributes to and co-owns Strategy developments, its implementation and improvements

Your Profile and background

• Academic working and thinking level and a relevant bachelor/master degree; advanced courses in operations/ maintenance/ technical/ project/ engineering management
• Proven experience with Digitalization and Technology/ Innovation Program developments and its implementation
• Preferably experience with On- and Offshore Operations/ Maintenance/ Brownfield Projects
• Experience with managing virtual teams with very diverse professional and deep expertise in multiple locations
