What you do as a Program Manager MCF
As a Program Manager you are an important partner/contact, you will lead a program of our global projects for one of our international clients. You are working in a leading market, working in a dedicated and passionated team ranked in the top of design & engineering companies of datacentres global.
You are responsible that the process of our projects runs effective and efficient;
You are a sparring partner for our clients and subcontractors in close cooperation with our internal team;
Ensures that the programs of projects run smoothly and you are supporting also our project managers;
Leads the process of projects with short lead times incl. contractmanagement;
You work as a stakeholder manager at management level and monitoring our projects;
In our projects you are working with full service design, engineering and (parts) construction management;
Depending on the size of the program you work also as projectmanager for some of the projects;
Our projects are in Europe & Africa. So you coordinate and work with people and subcontractors in the local culture.
The multidisciplinary project teams you will join work on projects as well from home, office and abroad. In addition to participating in projects, you naturally also contribute to the optimization of our internal business processes and to safeguarding and sharing knowledge within your field. You will become part of our Design & Engineering Multinationals Advisory Group. With the Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) team, we provide a multidisciplinary package of consultancy services for our datacenter clients. We provide strategic, tactical, and operational advice to our clients, including colocation datacentres, internet service providers, and telecom companies. Our team consists of colleagues with all kinds of different expertise. For example, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, building, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, and security technology. What you bring
As a Program Manager, you are entrepreneurial and a real team player. Furthermore, you have: Technical background (preferable University Electrical or Mechanical), experienced as projectmanager or program manager in international D&E projects (preferably data centres);
You are entrepreneurial, proactive and a team player;
You have excellent communication skills;
You are a result driven;
You are able to work with different stakeholders an cultures;
You have positive realistic mindset;
A good command of Dutch and English in word, speaking and writing.
