Ready to lead our Bike Doctor training academy across our locations worldwide? We’re looking for a Training Program Manager to take responsibility for successfully training all service roles, both technical and non-technical. You’ll use your understanding of business needs and priorities to guide our strategy for all service training programs. You’ll be expected to scale our teams strategically based on VanMoof’s forecasted growth.
As our Training Program Manager you’ll have an unique opportunity to help build a world-class training program from the ground up. You’ll leverage your experience in learning principles. Our 200+ Bike Doctor network lies at the core of VanMoof and keeps our wheels spinning. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and a positive and motivational approach to work.
What you’ll do:
You’ll lead the design of our in-house onboarding and training programs and drive the life cycle of training, from analyzing training needs to building content to delivery.
You’ll decide on appropriate learning methodologies, develop learning materials, and align content with learning objectives.
You’ll develop a team of Bike Doctor Trainers, and make sure they’re equipped to transfer world-class capability to our Bike Doctors worldwide.
You’ll measure the impact of onboarding and training programs on the service teams and on the wider company through key metrics like performance, quality, and retention.
You’ll work with people around the world and across VanMoof, such as subject matter authorities, engineering leaders, business partners, and trainers.
You’ll deliver under tight deadlines with minimal direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability is key.
You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Learning & Development (L&D) and partner in development and design of our Learning Experience Platform.
You’ll manage L&D Projects that support our local community in partnership with VanMoof.
What you’ll bring:
You have at least three years of L&D experience, preferably within a technical/manufacturing environment.
You have experience leading onboarding programs and developing materials for new employees.
You have experience in managing a team.
You have excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills.
You’re a fast learner, highly motivated and have strong initiative.
You stay focused in fast-paced environments and deliver under pressure.
