Rentman is hiring a Product Marketing Manager. The main objective of this unique role within Rentman is to maximize the market impact of new and product releases and our current products. You make sure customers and colleagues understand new products and features and the value it adds for our customers. You develop the best go-to-market strategy, own and manage the positioning and messaging of all product launches and get team efforts aligned.
You know our competitors like the back of your hand. And you know our customers and what they need better than they do. With this knowledge, you help develop and present our product's value proposition. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and use that to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and empowers our sales team to be successful. You are the glue that binds the product strategy to the tactics needed for success in sales and marketing.
You will join our international marketing team of 5, located in the Utrecht office, and work closely together with the product team. We look for people that are result-driven, innovative, and great team players. We aim to work smart, creative, and with great collaboration to build a platform that our customers love.
What you will do
Work closely together with the Product team on developing successful plans for new product launches and to boost adoption
Create value propositions and messaging
Project manage product launch plans across all milestones, track deliverables, facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication
Develop product marketing metrics to measure the success of product launches, own reporting, and monitor performance post-launch
Develop and maintain product marketing toolkits, including customer experience and sales enablement materials
Help validate product positioning and investigate new growth opportunities
Some examples of your day-to-day activities: Coordinate and work on a campaign for a new feature release, contact customers to understand the problem that is solved and the value a feature adds, meet with our Customer Experience team to prevent a spike in avoidable launch-related tickets, develop a vision on how to take our product marketing to the next level, and preparing for a presentation for a new feature.

What you should have
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS/software solutions.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and software development
Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken proficiency
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
You are a results-driven, analytical and forward-thinking
Bonus points if you have proven knowledge of or a background in the AV / Event service industry.
Bachelor’s degree is required
