    Product Marketer

    At Publitas we’re looking to add a Product Marketer who will focus on post-product launch efforts. You'll decide on soon-to-be-released product updates, market positioning, and messaging. You'll also take responsibility for launching product updates, ensuring users (in B2C) or customers & salespeople (in B2B) understand its value as well as driving lasting value, demand, and product usage.

    You will be working with talented individuals, including a 13 person sales team working across the Americas and Europe and a team of Customer Success Managers who'll be using the materials you create as Product Marketer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop product pricing models, key messaging, and value proposition that differentiates the product in the market.
    • Own customer-, competitor-, and market intelligence. Be the expert on product buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria. Be the expert on competition.
    • Position the product in the market and identify new required capabilities.
    • Create marketing programs (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, email marketing, white papers, release announcements, webinars, and user guides) that articulate the benefits of our product.
    • Plan the launch of new product updates with the Product team, establish metrics and report on success.
    • Together with the Product team, educate internal and external stakeholders on our product solutions and their benefits.
    • Create sales materials and tools that support the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle.

    Requirements

    • Understanding of our industry: online publishing, inspirational marketing, and ICPs.
    • Acting as the "voice of the customer" with a deep understanding of their needs and desires.
    • The ability to work fully remote. Be autonomous and take ownership of your work.
    • Experience in market analysis and segmentation.
    • Experience in marketing enterprise software SaaS.
    • Fluent English speaker (excellent spoken & written English).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate cross-functionally and up to C-level.
    • Ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations.
    • Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process & training documentation.
    • Proven track record of executing successful product launches.
    • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates, prospects, and customers.
    • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize.
    • Studies in Marketing or Communications preferred.

    Bonus:

    • Data analysis skills and knowledge of how to interpret data around customer and competitor behaviour.
