This fast-growing international SaaS scale-up is looking for a product marketing manager who can accelerate product growth by championing the customer, communicating product value, and driving distribution.

    About the company

    This Dutch company was founded in 2007 and is scaling internationally. Their platform helps companies in the building industry to make the process of setting up and sending proposals run extremely smoothly. They’re market leader as they have over 70% (!) market share in The Netherlands. They are growing their brand and have signed big clients such as BAM, Heijmans and Deneys.

    The company is 65 people strong, with a team consisting of enthusiastic young professionals with a strong customer-focused and hands-on mentality. After initial traction in France and Germany they are on a mission to conquer Europe in the upcoming years.

    Your role as a Product Marketing Manager

    As the new Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help transition the company from a sales organisation to a product lead growth organisation. You’ll focus on stimulating (non) paying users of the platform on more usage of the product. You’ll achieve this with marketing efforts like sharing premium content offers, sales triggers, workflows for expired trails and other activities that drive leads to purchase. You’ll also be focused on strategic plans aimed at growth.

    Main responsibilities

    • You’ll have ownership over the positioning and messaging of the product in Europe.
    • Create go-to-market strategies and lead new product and feature launches.
    • Developing effective messaging that speaks to the (potential) customers’ needs and pain points.
    • You’ll perform market research (target audience, competition research, price analyses, etc).
    • You'll be in charge of setting up marketing materials such as product pages, sales decks and one-pagers that help the sales team.

    What do you bring as a product marketing manager?

    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketer or a similar role in an international B2B SaaS or high-growth company.
    • Must speak and write Dutch (or German) and English at a professional level.
    • Must be located in the Netherlands.
    • You’ve worked together with marketing and sales teams to take products to market.
    • You love understanding customers and translating complex concepts and product features to easily explainable product benefits with a clear value proposition.
    • You’re a self-starter with a growth mindset and you’re able to lead cross-functional projects.
