Support important bidding projects:

Support make summery key requirement from customer's proposal document.

Follow bidding team members to close their own open tasks.

Regular meeting management and key project management:

Organize team bi-weekly meetings, collect & output minutes, and track actions of team members to close open issues (No limit to Important project risk, successful/ failed project case & analysis.

Collect Sales order and Revenue progress, remaining forecast of each country, use it to support making internal report.

Learn to make solution configurations with the support from HQ R&D.

Customer summit, communication or marketing activities agenda management.

Job Requirements

1. Good communication skills with internal colleagues and even customer, teamwork spirit; tough and able to work under pressure, good professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, good learning ability.
2. Need contact the China R&D center colleagues, speaking Mandarin Chinese in fluent is perfect.
3. Knowledge of science and engineering.
4. Ability to follow and close open issues on time.
5. Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical Engineer, information technologies, Mechanical Engineers, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy, etc.
6. Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
7. Experience in electrical or electronic major will be an advantage.
