Mollie is on an exciting growth journey. We are on a mission to become the most loved European payment service provider and we are expanding rapidly into new countries. We are the home of ‘Mollies’ who make this place a great place to work and build friends for life.
You will be working closely with Mollie’s central BI & Analytics team and our product experts in order to deliver insights that will steer our roadmap.
What you'll be doing
Analytics Foundation: Leverage our BI tool (Looker) to create dashboards to track our key performance metrics in an easy way.
Be a Data Storyteller: In order to be a trusted, insightful advisor to your stakeholders you should not only show the data. You need to provide deep insights, synthesize and tell a story. In this role, you need to use data not only to create awareness, but to drive change.
Define Leading Indicators: Work with the product teams to identify the most important predictive and actionable Leading KPIs, which can be used not only to measure success, but to steer the business.
Triangulate and sense check: Triangulate different data points in order to provide recommendation to the business on which features should be prioritised (e.g. combining product analytics, customer service data, and external benchmarks).
Customer segmentation: Create customer segmentation models, which can be used to limit risk exposure, in marketing activities, and to optimise the LTV (Lifetime Value) per segment.
Unit Economics: Work with product managers to optimise the Unit Economics of our new products, ensuring the business is sustainable in the long-term (including CAC, direct costs and revenues). Translate this into a strong business case that we can use to pitch to our (internal) sponsors.
Meet some of the future colleagues from your team!
