Sinclair are currently recruiting for a Process Technologist to join their team in Almere, Netherlands. The Process Technologist is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the production process. The Process Technologist will act as a subject matter expert for the company regarding the production process and improvement thereof. The process technologist organizes recurring validation, validation of process changes and new equipment.

The Role Perform studies aiming at the maintenance and improvement of the production process
Perform process validation and qualification activities according to the applicable standards.
Evaluate processes used in R&D and Production (e.g. by trending)
Generate study plans, protocols and reports.
Report deviations/ OOS during the processes to the manager.
Reports any non-conformities or deviations (Results, SOP’s, apparatus etc.) directly.
Setting of realistic timelines for completion of projects
Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?
- BSc or similar experience in science or pharmaceutical / medical device manufacturing
- Experience in working under GMP or ISO conditions
- Good command of English (both in writing as well as spoken) Dutch is considered a plus
- Preferably experience in working with a Quality Management System (preferably in a medical device production environment).
- Displays creative and original thinking
- Generates suggestions for improving work
- Experience setting up, executing and reporting (process) validations
- Experience in risk analysis
