Print & Textile Designer+ 查看更多
As our new Print & Textile Designer, you are the first to handle all requests for offline, tangible elements of the LOAVIES brand.
You’ll be part of the Creative team at LOAVIES, collaborating closely with our Buying team to help execute upon their vision and requests for prints. You won't be a textile designer in the traditional sense, but rather helping our Buying team to conceptualize the best on-trend styles. Groovy '70s all-over print? Check! Graphic bikini? Yes, please! New hang tags for our jewelry range? Check! Out of our design team, you will be the first to take the lead here. The work environment at LOAVIES is fast-paced and energetic. With new drops each week, no day is ever the same.
In short, you'll be responsible for translating requests from across the business into stunning offline assets. You can also help propose, create, and follow-up on prints of the season and special projects in the direction set by our buyers in line with our seasonal inspiration. You report to our Head of Creative with strong guidance from our Head of Buying and Campaign Lead .
What's more in this role?
Create artwork, colorways, and illustrations for garments, or create print repeats for allovers;
Create illustrations for a variety of uses: campaigns, logo variations, brand personas, packaging, internal use, and more;
Create delivery files (artwork specification, scale, color, etc.) to send to our suppliers;
Design hangtags and labels for garments and/or new launches;
Modify and finalize artworks;
Make proposals, design, and finalize our seasonal packaging – both shipping bags and boxes;
Visualize and create in-store POS materials and stickers for our retail partners;
Visualize and execute placement prints;
Do research for or create new print designs reflecting the LOAVIES brand or following the input of our buying team;
During low season, you will also help out with larger design projects – for example, related to employer branding.
You will contribute to the larger success of our entire design team with clear, sharp feedback that keeps our brand consistent. We are one team!
You are really excited about bringing your experience to LOAVIES and create the best possible branding experience. These are the skills and experience we hope you bring:
A minimum of 2 years professional experience, preferably in a fashion brand;
Design graduate from: Art Academy (HKU, WDKA, KABK, Artez), Artemis, or a similar institution, or equivalent work experience.
You have strong (digital) illustration skills using the most modern approaches;
