Opening this November 2022, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer will offer 83 standard rooms and 16 additional branded suites (with kitchenette, living space and separate sleeping area) to cater for longers-staying travellers. Guest will benefit from the hotel’s wider facilities, including extensive car parking and complimentary Express StartTM breakfast. The first aparthotel located in the area next to the Weteringen business park on the outskirts of the beautiful Deventer!
As an all-round F&B employee you will be reporting directly to the F&B manager; on a daily basis, you will be the working in F&B throughout the whole Hotel. From setting up and running breakfast, to making the perfect cappuccino or be a waiter in the restaurant guest – to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the Ibis Styles to life!

Preferred knowledge about Amadeus PM Pro PMS.
Enthusiasm & a true team player
Friendly and service oriented
A valid residence and working permit for Denmark is required
English speaking mandatory; Dutch is a bonus!
Willing to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays

What are your responsibilities:
Work in the day-to-day operations of the bar & restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding our guest’s expectations.
Taking, preparing, and serving orders varying from cocktails to coffees to breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards.
Making sure that all servicing & kitchen equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations.
Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes and overall bar and restaurant furniture.
Keep up to date on all F&B trends to deliver keep competing within the market. As one team we would like to use all creativity we have in the team to be at our very best!
Act like the ‘Host’ of the F&B outlets and follow the Company procedures.
