    Portfolio Manager

    As Portfolio Manager you will be responsible to develop and maintain competitive portfolio, which is aligned with local/global strategy and market dynamic. In this role you will be preparing business cases for new potential products and challenging the existing portfolio to keep it profitable & competitive. This will be achieved in close collaboration with launch manager, business units, medical team, supply team and regulatory affairs team.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Assessing Sandoz and competitor’s portfolio on the market and analyzing market trends
    • Identifying opportunities on NL market and communicating them in a structured way to the regional portfolio team
    • Gathering product specific information and market research for products in the pipeline
    • Leading product assessments and preparation business cases
    • Leading portfolio meetings with management team to discuss new potential products and major changes in portfolio or pipeline
    • Maintaining up-to-date product pipeline throughout the portfolio phase until the launch phase
    • Leading pruning process and preparation of pruning proposals
    • Leading product lifecycle activities including portfolio harmonization and Marketing authorization oversight

    Minimum requirements

    • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
    • University degree preferably in life sciences or any other relevant degree
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English
    • Proactive, analytical and in the possession of excellent stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work with and motivate cross-functional teams

    Desirable requirements:

    • Proven understanding of product commercialization processes
