Someone with a hands-on approach and tactical mindset, participating in a local/global team mastering the operational supply chain elements while optimizing efficiency and automating to scale.

About the Role
Tasks & Responsibilities
Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model, improve team-work and provide guidance
Promote a professional but pleasant working atmosphere within the team, maintaining and encouraging professional relationships with internal and external parties,
Leading the production and outbound planning team(8 FTE) which handle all outbound orders, transport planning and documentation & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders
Being the internal escalation point for planning issues and working closely with syncreon’s hub operations and 3rd party carriers in the delivery networks to ensure all shipment issues are addressed in a timely manner
Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements
Strong leadership skills
2 – 3 years of experience in a leading role in a logistics/manufacturing environment,
Good communication and relationship building skills in English (spoken, reading, writing), same in Dutch is a pro
Supervisory attitude in coaching individuals and reviewing staff’s performance with eye and understanding for the different backgrounds of individuals
