Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Special Tasks Vestas' Planning Department for Benelux is a part of Vestas NCE (Northern & Central Europe) is responsible for the service and maintenance of the wind turbines. Daily direct interface with Subcontractors, Planners, Supervisors, Technicians, and Customer Service Managers
Communicating efficiently inside the organization to deliver on the promise to internal stakeholders
Preparing various reports on demand, and creating PR, follow-up, and GR of purchase orders for contracted activities
Organizing and applying for work permits and location-specific workplans
Works according to the VPP (Vestas Process Portal guidelines) especially for the planning process in Vestas for the role of Scheduler & Dispatcher
Supporting department's activities and arrangements within administrative tasks (e.g. reports preparation, distribution)
Very good at communications and committed to expected responsibilities
Experience in the wind turbine industry would be an asset
Extensive experience with MS Office, especially Excel
Very good skills in office coordination oral and written fluency in Dutch & English

Additional information The primary work location is Arnhem, the Netherlands. The position is on a 1-year contract with the opportunity to switch to a standard contract thereafter.
