    Phone Sales Representative Inside and Entry Level

    SDP is currently seeking a goal-oriented and driven Inside Sales Representative to join the team at the Haarlem office. In this role, you will turn leads into sales by phone for well-known clients. You’ll work in an environment that is rewarding and fun.

    Don’t worry if you don’t have the experience, Entry Level candidates will be professionally coached and educated on the skills needed for success.

    SDP is looking for phone Sales Representatives with a genuine hunger to succeed, strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Job Responsibilities

    As a phone Sales Representative, you will close quality sales, ensuring a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the clients’ products.

    Specific duties for this sales representative role include

    -Turning warm leads into sales by effectively communicating the features and benefits of technology products;

    -Using persuasive sales techniques to upsell and cross sell additional products;

    -Ensuring a positive customer experience while closing quality sales;

    -Responding to questions and overcoming objections;

    -Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system;

    -Meeting weekly and monthly sales and revenue goals.

    Additional requirements for this role include

    -Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit;

    -Working knowledge of Windows-based software;

    -Previous sales experience, a plus;
