We are looking for a Personal Assistant for an international fashion & lifestyle brand to cover a maternity leave. Do you have what it takes? Over de functie
In this role, your main focus is on PA responsibilities for the SVP Supply Chain Transformation, including scheduling responsibilities. Next, the role includes working closely together with the team to support with developing a communication strategy and preparing and facilitating key events, such as newsletters, town halls, and important senior management meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- PA responsibilities for the SVP Supply Chain Transformation, including scheduling responsibilities;
- Support with preparing key communication events, such as newsletters, town halls, and important senior management meetings;
- Contribute to developing Communication Strategy for company's Europe Supply Value Chain;
- Support with implementing and rolling out the Communication Strategy;
- Shows ownership and is able to develop and work out ideas.
- Bachelors degree with 2-5 years of experience in PA activities, communications and project support, preferably in an equivalent position in fashion, and/or retail environment;
- Hands-on, result oriented and structured;
- Thrives in a highly collaborative, open, fast-paced and flexible work environment, easily changing direction with shifting priorities;
- Can deliver under time pressure and can work with strict deadlines;
- Open to learn and develop;
- Experienced in PowerPoint;
- Strong team player with excellent social skills;
- High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality;
- Excellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment;
- Passion for Supply Chain Management and the Fashion Industry.
