My client is a global, privately owned logistics service provider focused on innovating, optimising and managing the supply chains of leading brands. The company now employs more than 10,000 people and serves customers in more than 100 countries. In the Netherlands, the company is located in Amersfoort and Barendrecht. In addition to purchasing, storing and transporting goods, the company also takes care of the waste collection of its customers.
Organising, setting the agenda and facilitating the team meetings and strategic meetings, digitally or in real life
You enjoy being part of an international community team and like to contribute with ideas and suggestions to improve strategy, plans and road maps.
Booking flights & hotels not just for the VP, but also for the other members of the board
Together with the HR Manager of NWE you develop a communication plan and develop the communication function in the countries.
The Successful Applicant
You have approximately 2 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
Dynamic and proactive colleague who is an excellent organiser & communicator.
You are a problem solver, you're persuasive and a constructive team player.
Microsoft Office has no secrets for you and you are skilled and comfortable with a digital way of working.
You are creative and skilled in creating presentations and bringing messages across with text or visualisation.
Your integrity, organisational sensitivity and accuracy are of high standard. Main language between you, VP and HR Manager NWE can preferably be Dutch, but your (business) English skills, both in speech and writing, need to be excellent.
