    Pega Decisioning Architect

As a Pega Decisioning architect you help us to offer our customers personal and relevant customer engagement. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for creating maximum customer value with our Pega personalization brain.

    The role:
    Build, test and maintain logic into Pega Customer Decisioning Hub, using all available data from our 360 degree customer view; Together with the channel specialists you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the next-best-actions.
    You are first point of contact for the business teams for personalizing customer journeys. You have conversations with marketers and find out the question behind the question. This allows you to advise on the right channels and tools;

    You understand the language of IT and Marketing in an environment that is constantly evolving. You enjoy creating personalization logic on the one hand and being the contact person for the business on the other.
    You have a minimum of 3 years experience with Pega decisioning/next-best-action/marketing/customer decisioning hub.
    You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and a completed higher vocational education (for example in the field of Commercial Economics, Marketing and/or Data);
    You think and act from complex (offline and online) data. You find data processing interesting and have experience in SQL.
    You are confident and can communicate well and clearly. You dare to take ownership based on the vision of our Personalization team and think along with the business about their issues.     You will receive a monthly personal budget, consisting of 8% vacation allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus and 3.85% leave overstatement. You choose when to have this budget paid out, when to use it for leave savings or when to buy vacation hours from it.
