In a nutshell
For our banking clients it is of utmost importance that the payment process runs smoothly from end to end. A couple of years ago Instant Payments were introduced in the Netherlands resulting in a system where each payment is executed within 5 seconds, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. To facilitate the growth of Knab we're looking for an eager and energetic Payment Operations employee (starting position) who is flexible and wants to know everything to make sure that all payment flows we're responsible for (sepa, instant payments, debit card, international, interest and fees etc.) are accounted for on the clients and general ledger. Through the reconciliation process you track, explain and solve differences.
We expect you are willing to learn more and more every day to become a Specialist or even an Expert.

The Team
As Payment Operations employee you're part of the Payment Operations department. This team consists of 8 people ranging from junior to senior and the manager.

Your Profile

• Work and think at a HBO level (education direction business administration/economics;
• Excellent communicative skills in both Dutch and English;
• Accurate, eager to learn, analytically strong and decisive;
• Team player through and through;
• Flexible and willing to take on standby shifts due to the 24 hour operating times of Instant Payments. Of course this will take place in consultation!
