Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing template contracts.
• Coordinating the process of drafting, reviewing and closing of contracts.
• Management of the database.
• Support the legal counsels and the business.
• Negotiating simple standard terms.
• Contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Various administrative tasks regarding contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in law
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a paralegal.
• Entrepreneurial and willing to explore.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English language
• Dutch or another European language.

This is a fulltime job and 32 hours is possible.
