Package Innovation (PI) is an organization under NXP Corporate Technology Office that delivers IC packaging solutions and new packaging technology for all NXP products. Package Platform and System team is a centralized function under PI that manages NXP package portfolio management strategically and tactically.
As a Package Platform Manager you are responsible for:
managing NXP package portfolio including package design rules, package platform roadmaps, package risk assessments for new products, and benchmarking competitive analysis.
working with NXP business line managers to strategically align future package capabilities with product requirements.
Working closely with Project Managers leading New Product Introductions to define risks and risk mitigation for assembly, reliability and cost.
To be successful in this role you have:
BSc or MSc degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Around 5 -10 years of work experience.
Knowledgeable of IC Package substrate fabrication and assembly.
Furthermore, you are:
Persistent in problem solving, never give up mentality in a dynamic environment Drive to manage Automotive customer satisfaction and realization of high level quality levels/support.
An enthusiastic and positive team player, self-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) in English are required
Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, be flexible and capable of adapting to changes while collaborating with teams at engineering and management levels, both globally and locally.

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
